Common fixes
- “No job found” when scanning — make sure the job posting is fully loaded, then hit Scan This Page again, or use Paste JD for any page.
- Extension not syncing with your account — open the side panel settings and sign in again from the extension.
- Score looks off — check the matched/missing keyword lists; if the job info shows a “couldn't read precisely” warning, rescan the posting's own page or paste the description manually.
